Deposit and Payment

To secure your spot for “Dreaming in Dominica” yoga retreat, a refundable deposit of $600 is required by Dec. 1st. 

Deposits are refundable until December 1st, 2025, minus a $25 processing fee.

After December 1, 2025, the entire $600 deposit is non-refundable

Payment Options

1. Pay in full for an extra discount. Then breathe easy and dream about your vacation.
2. Payment plan: Two additional payments after the initial $600 deposit is made. 
   • Your credit card will be stored.

ALL payment balances are due by February 23rd, 2026.

Refund / Cancellation Policies

If you need to cancel your retreat reservation, for any reason, our policies are as follows:

• You are eligible for a full refund on retreat payments made  – including your $600 deposit minus $25 processing fee – before DEC 1, 2025
• You are eligible for a refund on retreat payments made – minus the $600 deposit – between DEC 1, 2025 – JAN 29, 2026 
• You are eligible for a partial, 50% refund on retreat payments made – minus the $600 deposit – from JAN 30 – FEB 23, 2026.

After FEB 23, 2026, all retreat payments are 100% non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving a valid cancellation request via email
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Transfer Policy:
Payments for this retreat are NON-transferrable, and cannot be transferred to another person, or used for a different retreat or event with Amy and Shawna.
 

Cancellation by Us:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the yoga retreat for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to us. We will not be responsible for any other expenses incurred, such as travel or accommodation costs.  For this reason, we recommend travel insurance. 

Travel Insurance: 

We strongly suggest each attendee purchase individual travel insurance for international retreats. We suggest that you include “cancel for any reason” with your policy.

Be sure to purchase travel insurance that includes medical coverage, with specific Covid-19 medical coverage and cancellation and curtailment provision which is now available from many reputable providers. We recommend purchasing your travel insurance within 1-2 weeks after making your first trip payment (ie. flight or retreat reservation) to secure the best price and best coverage.


Additional Terms and Conditions:
By booking a spot on the yoga retreat, you acknowledge and agree to abide by any rules and guidelines set forth by the retreat organizers for the duration of the retreat.

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance. We reserve the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary or accommodations if necessary, and we will notify you of any such changes as soon as possible.

I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Yoga Retreat Refund and Cancellation Policy provided above. I agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the policy. In the event that I need to cancel my participation in the retreat, I understand and accept the refund policies as stated above. I also acknowledge that I am responsible for my own travel arrangements & travel insurance. I agree to follow all rules and guidelines set by the retreat organizers during the retreat.
