In this introduction to mindfulness as a path to self-compassion four week series, we will learn and experience what mindfulness and self-compassion are.
We will explore how mindfulness practices on our breath, body, thoughts, and emotions/feelings through the lens of self-compassion can cultivate a kind and awakened heart for not only ourselves, but for others and the world at large.
And we will discover that it truly does ‘start with ourselves’. We will use mindful meditation and RAIN meditations throughout the series to enable and enhance self-compassion.
